AccMove Admin app (for administrators)
The AccMove Admin Android app (com.exp.admin) is only for AccMove administrators and staff. They use it to manage data in the WHMCS back office. Customers cannot sign in. This policy supplements the AccMove privacy policy.
- Data the app uses: the admin username and password, sent to the server for verification. It also uses the admin's name, email and role, and the customer, service, invoice, payment, server and ticket data that the admin's WHMCS role permits.
- Stored on the device: the app never stores passwords. Only a revocable session token, the server URL and the username (if "remember username" is on) are kept in the device keystore. Customer data is held in memory while the app is in use and is not written to the device.
- Transmission: all data goes over HTTPS, only to AccMove's server (cp.accmove.com by default). Nothing is shared with third parties. There are no ads, tracking or analytics.
- Logging: for security and audit, the server records sign-ins, failed sign-ins (with IP address) and actions taken in the app, such as recording payments or editing customers, in the WHMCS activity log.
- Security: permissions are checked against the admin's WHMCS role on every action. Sessions expire after 12 hours idle or 30 days, and end immediately if the WHMCS password changes or the account is disabled.
- Demo mode: uses fictitious in-app data only. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- Deletion: signing out revokes the session and removes the token from the device; uninstalling the app also removes it. To have an admin account or related data deleted, contact [email protected].
